Appointments
All services are by appointment only. Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full service booked.

Deposits
A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits are applied toward your service total.

Consultations
Consultations are required for all color services, loc extensions, and specialty services. Appointments booked without completing a required consultation may be canceled.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of deposit and/or a fee.

Late Policy
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, and deposits may be forfeited depending on availability.

Add-On Services
Add-on services must be selected at the time of booking. Same-day additions are not guaranteed.

Payment
Accepted forms of payment include cash and approved electronic methods. Full payment is due at the end of your appointment.

No Guests
For safety and quality of service, no additional guests or children are allowed unless being serviced.

Service Guarantee
All services are final. If you have concerns, please notify your stylist before leaving the appointment.
